Frank D. Penney is an accomplished personal injury attorney and founder of Frank Penney Injury Law. With more than 25 years of legal experience, he has built a reputation for representing individuals and families affected by serious accidents resulting in traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University before attending Gonzaga University School of Law. He began his legal career as staff litigation counsel with a statewide firm, where he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience before launching his own practice.
Throughout his career, Frank Penney has represented clients in more than 10,000 personal injury matters and helped recover over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts. His results include multimillion-dollar recoveries in complex injury and wrongful death claims, reflecting his commitment to securing meaningful outcomes for clients facing life-changing circumstances.
In 2023, Frank was honored as Consumer Attorney of the Year by Consumer Attorneys of California for his work in the landmark wrongful death case involving Esther Nakajjigo. The case resulted in a $10.5 million federal court verdict and prompted important safety improvements across U.S. national parks.
Frank is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and various federal courts. He is also active in the legal community, serving as a Pro Tem Judge and Judicial Arbitrator in Placer County.
