Marissa Hauck, attorney at Frank Penney Injury Law

Marissa Hauck is a personal injury attorney at Frank Penney Injury Law dedicated to helping injured individuals and families rebuild their lives after serious accidents and trauma. She represents clients in matters involving car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability claims, wrongful death cases, and other personal injury matters throughout California. Marissa is deeply passionate about advocating for grieving families in wrongful death litigation and fighting for survivors in sexual abuse cases. In addition, she brings valuable experience representing individuals impacted by workplace harassment.

Marissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Davis, building a strong foundation in analytical thinking and cross-cultural communication. She is fluent in Spanish and works directly with Spanish-speaking clients and their families. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, Marissa distinguished herself in student leadership and as a standout advocate on the competitive trial team for two years, competing in both state and national tournaments. Her trial advocacy skills earned her top individual honors, including being named Best Advocate at a national trial tournament in Texas.

Committed to protecting access to justice and the rights of injured individuals, Marissa is an active leader in the trial bar. She is a graduate of the prestigious Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Leadership Academy and serves as a member of both CAOC’s New Lawyers Division and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

Outside of the office, Marissa is an avid cook and a dedicated sports fan who enjoys watching soccer and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
